1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Devion Account service provided by Devion Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your account, including passwords, passkeys, and any two-factor authentication methods. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@devionsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfering with the normal operation of the service, or using the service to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

4. Connected applications

Your Devion Account may be used to sign in to third-party applications that you authorize. When you grant access, those applications receive only the information you consent to share. The use of your information by a third-party application is governed by that application's own terms and privacy policy, not these Terms. You may review and revoke access at any time from your account settings.

5. Service changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to provide reliable access but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devion Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
